我公司生產(chǎn)的系列再碎機(jī)有刀片式和錘片式兩種。刀片式再碎機(jī)是削片機(jī)的一種變型配套產(chǎn)品。主要用于人造板、造紙的備料工段削片配套使用，用來再碎經(jīng)削片篩選后的大木片，也可用于切削細(xì)木工邊角料及其它短料，提高木材的綜合利用率。

系列再碎機(jī)由機(jī)座、轉(zhuǎn)子、喂料輥（口），罩蓋、液壓系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)等部分組成。再碎機(jī)錘片(頭)和輻軸采用特種鋼材特制而成。同時錘頭回轉(zhuǎn)圈采用特殊復(fù)合材料，具有耐磨、自潤滑、免維護(hù)、易更換等特點。
